We support
you all the
way

The ombuds can help you if you are experiencing, for example :

  • unfair treatment or an injustice as a result of the application of an internal process;
  • harassment, discrimination or abuse of power;
  • a dispute with a manager or with one or several colleagues.

The employees of a client organization benefit from the ombuds’ services free of charge. Exchanges are confidential and the informal process aims to find amicable long-term settlements. The simple and tailored solutions proposed by the ombuds normally allow organizations to avoid the use of formal mechanisms such as grievances, complaints and external judicial recourses.
